Under Section 6 of the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this Section may be imprisoned, fined, or both.
Dr Herbie will not be held liable in any way for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against oneself in connection with any use of products ordered from this website.
Dr Herbie reserve the right to cancel any order made by a customer at any time if we feel that the transaction request may be fraudulent, malicious or likely to harm our business in any way.
All goods remain the property of Dr Herbie until payment has been received for them and customers may not insist that Dr herbie honour any erroneous pricing or errors in product description.

Postage:
Dr Herbie makes every effort to ensure a fast and efficient turn around on all products purchased from our webite.
UK orders are posted using Royal Mail's 'Recorded, Signed For' 1st Class service . Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arive.Orders are discreetly and securely packaged for your peace of mind.
International orders are posted using Royal Mail Airsure Delivery services, to arrive within 7 - 14 working days. Orders are discreetly and securely packaged for your peace of mind.
Stealth:
For your privacy all orders are sent in a plain brown unmarked "Jiffy" padded envelope.
Only your address will appear on the package and there will be no mention of the contents or our company name on the package.
All International orders are sent with extra stealth and are packaged in a CD or DVD case or similar and again have no reference to the contents or our company name on the outside of the package. Only the products ordered are enclosed, there is no literature, no credit card receipts or anything with your name or our company name inside.
Overseas Shipping:
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK, YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING THE LAWS OF IMPORTING OUR GOODS INTO YOUR COUNTRY. DR HERBIE ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR THOSE WHO CHOSE TO IGNORE THIS WARNING AND AS A RESULT DO NOT RECEIVE THEIR GOODS DUE TO CONFISCATION. IN THIS CASE DR HERBIE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR REFUNDING DUE TO 'FAILURE TO DELIVER'.
Sending us an order by Post:
Dr Herbie accepts a range of orders by post, to include UK postal orders, international money orders, personal cheques (UK only) and gold old Cash.
Simply make your selection on viewing your 'Payment Information' page. If sending cash, please select the 'Cheque / Money Order' option while veiwing your 'Payment Information'

Returns Policy:
Dr Herbie requires contact by phone, post or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from Dr Herbie will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty / Damaged Product:
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, you may send it back to us for a replacement, Please note that our return policy also applies.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur.
